Got Stuck With My Girlfriend's Stepmom traps a boyfriend in a snowed-in house with Diana Demont, the stepmother of his girlfriend Mia, after a simple ride home goes wrong. Five episodes test his loyalty one offer at a time. Quiet and intimate, a slow burn carried by conversation.
Premise and first two chapters
Heavy snow shuts the single way out until morning, stranding a man overnight with his girlfriend Mia's stepmother, Diana Demont. He had only agreed to drive her home. Now the phone lines are down, Mia cannot be reached, and Diana insists he change out of his soaked clothes into a borrowed T-shirt. She offers drinks; he asks for tea. He wants to get through the night politely. Diana wants to find out whether he is as loyal as Mia believes.
The pilot is a slow evening on the couch: Diana fussing over him, then teasing him for sitting so far away and inviting him under her blanket, daring him to admit he is nervous. In the second episode she repeats what Mia has told her, that he is too timid to ever start anything, and offers to help him prove otherwise. He tries to refuse, then his phone lights up with Mia's name. Diana reminds him that nobody has to know. Whether he picks up the call is what episode 3 must answer.
