My Girlfriend's Stepmom traces Jake's first days in the home of his girlfriend Chloe, where her stepmother Dana keeps strange house rules and stranger traditions. Five episodes unwrap one surprise after another; the register is cheeky, uncomfortable and played for nervous comedy.
Premise and first two chapters
A move into a girlfriend's family house comes with terms Jake hears for the first time once he is through the door. Chloe tells him the house runs on a principle of nothing hidden, and within ten minutes he discovers what that means when Dana, her stepmother, walks in on him in the shower. Dana is relaxed, friendly and entirely unbothered. Chloe seems amused that he was not warned. Jake wants to fit in without embarrassing himself. Dana and Chloe seem to share a plan he has not been told.
Episode 1 covers the introductions and the shower encounter, with Chloe teasing him for being caught off guard. The second episode brings out a household custom that Chloe has shared with past partners and her stepmother. Dana sets the rules: nobody touches until she says, and two minutes on a timer. Jake sits, blindfold on, as Chloe tells him not to look too hard. Then someone arrives home, and Dana declares he has seen enough for one day. What else this household keeps from him is the open question for episode 3.
Episode by episode
Episode 1 free
Plays straight away, even before you make an account. It sets up the people and the problem.
Episode 2 free with account
Costs nothing once a free Candy account exists. It moves the story to the point where the paid part begins.
Episode 3 12 tokens
One of the paid chapters. Tokens or Premium open it, and it plays on the phone like the rest.
Episode 4 12 tokens
Paid chapter: the story keeps going from where the last one stopped.
Episode 5 12 tokens
The final chapter, where the question the series opened with gets its answer. It costs 12 tokens.
Seeing My Girlfriend's Stepmom in full
The free part covers two of the five chapters. Unlocking the other three takes 36 tokens in all, and that figure is the whole bill for seeing My Girlfriend's Stepmom through to its last scene.
Premium comes with 100 tokens a month. At 12 tokens per chapter that is eight episodes, enough to finish this one with tokens left over.
A "full free" copy does not exist in any legitimate form: the episodes live on Candy, and uploads elsewhere are either fakes or someone else's rip.
