Thanksgiving With My Best Friend's Mom casts Lexi Luna as the host of a holiday dinner and Ryan as the guest her son Kyle brings home. While the men follow the football, she keeps finding jobs for Ryan in the kitchen. Five short episodes, heavy on innuendo, cheeky and warm.
Premise and first two chapters
A holiday with nowhere to go becomes an invitation to someone else's table. Ryan has no family plans, and Kyle invites him along, warns him to stop staring at his mother and settles in front of the game. Lexi Luna is preparing a huge turkey with dinner set for six o'clock, and she needs an extra pair of hands, her own being covered in butter. Ryan wants to be a polite guest; Lexi wants him in the kitchen, and has declared it closed to everyone else until dinner is served.
The first episode turns kitchen chores into flirtation: tying her apron, tasting the stuffing, trading double meanings, while Kyle shouts from the living room about a touchdown Ryan is missing. Lexi tells him to stay put. Episode 2 brings the pie out of the oven, and Lexi warns him it is extremely hot. Kyle calls again about the game, Ryan says he is busy, and Lexi offers him a taste before the meal. Whether Ryan sits down to dinner with Kyle as if nothing happened is the question carried into episode 3.
Episode by episode
Episode 1 free
Plays straight away, even before you make an account. It sets up the people and the problem.
Episode 2 free with account
Costs nothing once a free Candy account exists. It moves the story to the point where the paid part begins.
Episode 3 30 tokens
Continues from the previous chapter; it unlocks with tokens or the monthly Premium allowance.
Episode 4 30 tokens
Paid chapter: the story keeps going from where the last one stopped.
Episode 5 30 tokens
The final chapter, where the question the series opened with gets its answer. It costs 30 tokens.
Seeing Thanksgiving With My Best Friend's Mom in full
The free part covers two of the five chapters. Unlocking the other three takes 90 tokens in all, and that figure is the whole bill for seeing Thanksgiving With My Best Friend's Mom through to its last scene.
Premium comes with 100 tokens a month. At 30 tokens per chapter that is three episodes, enough to finish this one with tokens left over.
A "full free" copy does not exist in any legitimate form: the episodes live on Candy, and uploads elsewhere are either fakes or someone else's rip.
