Our Surprise for Mom! traces the week before a fiftieth birthday party, when a stepfather and his stepdaughter plan everything behind her mother's back, including a guest list that brings back estranged Aunt Sarah. Five episodes juggle party errands and a growing secret. It plays as a tense, slow-burn domestic drama.
Premise and first two chapters
A surprise party for his wife's fiftieth birthday ties a stepfather to a week of secrets, and the hardest one to keep is not the party. His stepdaughter, who has her own apartment, is organizing it: forty guests, the house, Saturday. She needs him to keep her mother out of the way, and she has invited Aunt Sarah, her mother's stepsister, who has not spoken to the family in four years. Three years into the marriage, he has tried not to notice how the daughter looks at him.
The pilot sets up the logistics and the cover story, then lets the act slip when she tells him she has seen him watching. Before leaving, she names a time: tomorrow, guest room, while her mother works until six. The second episode finds the two of them alone with a party outfit she insists the guests will never see. She admits she volunteered to plan the party just to spend the week near him, and asks him to send her home. He does not. Then his wife walks in early, and how much of the surprise survives is left to episode 3.

A "full free" copy does not exist in any legitimate form: the episodes live on Candy, and uploads elsewhere are either fakes or someone else's rip.
